Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Please note, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item if it is defective, damaged, or if we sent you the incorrect product. Please contact us to initiate an exchange process. Exchanges for size or colour are subject to stock availability.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, though they may be exchanged for a different size or colour if stock is available.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation number and instructions. Returns sent without authorisation may experience delays in processing.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
